Description

This class introduces many methods currently used to protect book materials, so it may have particular appeal to those who wish to provide safe storage for precious books or paper memorabilia.

Participants will make several models including a double-tray clamshell box, a portfolio, a slipcase and additional simple protective enclosures as time permits.

Cost

• Course fee: $180 (to be paid to CBBAG-BC-Islands upon registration)
• Supplies: $45.00 payable to Dan on the first day of class

Prerequisite: Bookbinding I or permission of the instructor

Cancellation Policy: Once dates are determined, full payment by cheque or money order must accompany registration. Should you have to cancel your registration, a full refund will be made if your request is received 10 days before the class start.

If you cancel closer than 7 days prior, no refunds will be made unless you can find a replacement for yourself.
